3/4 pound of round onion, minced
1 pinch of coarse salt (to taste)
4 tablespoons of sesame oil
4 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds

Preparation
In a medium size non-reactive bowl, combine mussel meat, round onion, salt, sesame oil, and red chili pepper flakes; Mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Ingredients

4 pounds of sliced tako
1 cup of pre-made kim chee base
3/4 pound of round onion, minced
1/2 bunch of green onion, minced

2 lb of 31/40 count cooked shrimp
3/4 pound of round onion, minced
1/2 bunch of green onion, minced
1 jar of minced garlic
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 pinch of coarse salt (to taste)
4 tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon of crushed red chili pepper flakes
Preparation
In a medium size non-reactive bowl, combine cooked shrimp, round onion, green onion, garlic, vegetable oil, salt, sesame seeds and red chili pepper flakes; Mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Caribbean Chicken Marinated Kabobs
Ingredients

2 lb of cubed chicken (1 inch pieces)
1/4 cup of orange concentrate
1/4 cup of pineapple concentrate
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 tablespoon of chopped rosemary
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

Preparation

2 eggs

Preparation
